We are looking for an experienced Finance professional who can provide oversight and guidance to our portfolio of fast-growing client companies, strategic leadership to a team of finance and corporate secretary professionals, and build on an already stellar brand reputation where growth is fueled by referrals. The ideal candidate must possess a passion for process, structure, and a keen eye for detail. Reporting directly to the CEO this candidate will lead an existing team, and this role will demand a solutions-oriented individual who is looking for an opportunity to grow professionally and to play an instrumental role in the development of a business. In addition to day-to-day account support to a select group of clients and management of the team, this individual will be responsible for securing new business through our existing referral base as well as helping to set the strategic direction for the business long term.

We are looking for a Communications Coordinator to support our accounts with daily media monitoring and coverage clipping, updating coverage trackers and developing monthly coverage reports for our clients. We are looking for someone who can dedicate 20 hours a week (four hours a day).
