Classic rack of lamb - it's popular for its impressive presentation, luxurious tenderness, rich flavour, and surprisingly quick cooking time, making it a go-to for holidays because it looks complex but is relatively easy to cook to perfection. It offers a delicious, mild lamb taste with a "melt-in-your-mouth" texture.
